เวลาทำสมาธิ ดิฉันเพียงแค่หลับตาเบาๆแบบไม่ต้องสนิทมาก วางใจไปที่ท้อง ในช่วงเวลาไม่นาน ดิฉันก็จะเห็นแสง ที่มีรูปทรงคล้ายลูกบอล และมันก็เปลี่ยนสี และขนาดไปเรื่อยๆ จากใหญ่ไปเล็ก เล็กไปใหญ่ สลับไปมา สวยงามและสงบมาก จนดิฉันเริ่มร้องไห้
